Javier joined the CAT Squared team in 2019 and brings with him 28 years of experience in the food processing industry in various capacities. Javier's experience includes heading quality assurance at a Pilgrims Pride processing plant and becoming a corporate project manager (1991 to 1995); he went on to become a site project manager for Cantrell/Meyn - Latina America (1996 - 2000); In 2001, he started selling food processing equipment from Dapec, Stork and Foodmate. His education includes a BA Northeastern Illinois University (Applied Math) and certificates in production and inventory control (DePaul University) and total quality management (Crosby Institute).
