CAT²’s Overhead Sizing Integration module connects directly with existing sizing and distribution systems—such as Marel, Meyn, or Foodmate—to capture real-time counts, weights, grades, and water pickup percentages for each bird entering and exiting the chiller. These data points support more accurate primary processing yield analysis and enable smart, automated decision-making at the line level.

Seamlessly integrated with Live Bird Weighing (LBW) and Live Bird Receiving (LBR), this module creates a continuous chain of traceability from live haul through evisceration. Birds can be tracked back to their farm, flock, and load, giving operations managers visibility into upstream performance and its impact on downstream yield and product quality.
