Lyle joined CAT Squared in November 2016, following a successful career in the pork industry where he played a key role in implementing CAT Squared's FSQM (Food Safety Quality Management) system. With over 26 years of hands-on experience in pork processing, Lyle's career began on the factory floor in 1990. Over the years, he advanced into various management positions, including Quality Assurance, Operations, and Customer Service.

Lyle's expertise encompasses crucial areas such as HACCP, process optimization, third-party auditing, and a profound understanding of the daily operational challenges faced by processing facilities. His in-depth knowledge of CAT Squared's systems and their practical applications in ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies and meeting customer specifications makes him an invaluable asset to the team.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Lyle enjoys spending quality time with his grandchildren, family, and friends. He's also an enthusiastic griller and specializes in smoked pork. And, when he finds a moment, you might just catch him fishing, where even if the fish aren't biting, he's guaranteed to reel in a "bottle bass" from the cooler!
