TrimCAT operates on breast, thighs and leg quarters. It is available in 8, 10 and 12 man stations.

Features

  • Workload is Standardized by pacing product according to weight to each trimmer on the station in a “line-run” fashion providing each trimmer with the same product weight
  • Promotes Levelized Staffing Speed requiring each operator to work at the same speed as everyone else on the table
