Overview
The operating principle behind the CAT VC
pump is simple: product is pulled into a vertical chamber,
the pressure is then reversed, and the product is pushed out.
CAT Pumps are very gentle on products such
as breast meat, tenders, skins, giblets, and various types
of sauces. They are easy to maintain and clean because
there are only two moving parts.
