Product Distribution system Guarantee

CAT, Inc. guarantees the reduction of 1 employee per shift, if its Product Distribution System (PDS) is used as directed and for the purpose intended.

If after a 30-day period of continued use, the 1-employee per shift elimination is not achieved, and CAT has been given the opportunity to rectify any problems it may feel is the cause, simply notify CAT and the PDS will be removed from your facility. You will only be billed for shipping and handling.

If after the 30-day period, the 1-employee per shift elimination has been achieved, CAT will submit an invoice for payment of the PDS with net 10-day terms.
